Brad Callahan’s broad and diverse background in the Technology and Professional Services industries includes stints as a Big 5 Partner, Public Software Company EVP, and CIO.
While a Partner at Ernst & Young Consulting (purchased by Capgemini in 2000), Mr. Callahan founded and led the Oracle Applications Practice, which became the world’s largest practice of its kind outside of Oracle itself. The practice was twice recognized by Oracle Corporation as Oracle’s Global Alliance Partner of the Year under Brad’s leadership.
Between 2002-2004, he led approximately 50% of Capgemini’s North American Consulting business, with responsibility for approximately 2,000 professionals. In 2004, he joined Lawson Software to lead its Professional Services business. Brad’s background also includes two years as CIO of Metropolitan Financial Corporation, a $7B-in-assets diversified financial services company that was purchased by U.S. Bank.
After a personal sabbatical in 2007, Brad now runs his own consulting business, assisting high-potential software and services companies in growth and evolution strategies. Brad and his wife, Joanna, live in Nashville, TN.

Rob Barnum is currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Services and Customer Support at SupportSoft, a global provider of software and services, automating the resolution of technology problems. Over the years Rob has been recognized as a leader in the Services industry.
During his 8 years with PeopleSoft he held various positions, including Vice President of Consulting Resources for the Western Region. He then moved to serve as Vice President of the North American Solution Centers at Oracle. Earlier in his career he worked for Charles Schwab’s Electronic Brokerage Division, the pioneer in on-line trading. Rob received his B.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and an M.B.A. in International Business from San Francisco State University.
Rob is an avid supporter of the San Francisco AIDS Walk having participated in over 20 annual walks for this cause. As with many people in the bay area Rob shares a passion for wine and gourmet cooking. When he is not traveling for work or pleasure, he enjoys spending quality time at home. He and his partner David live in San Francisco along with Heidi, Juneau and Ozzie.

Joanne McCool has over 20 years experience driving and delivering operational, organizational and financial results in both profit and not-for-profit settings. She is Chief Operating Officer at Pennsylvania-based Ternary Software, Inc., which provides custom development and lean process consulting services for companies interested in leveraging agility for a competitive advantage. Prior to that, Joanne was VP & General Manager for Evolve, an enterprise resource management solution owned by Primavera Systems.
Joanne holds a Masters in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania. Joanne is an active volunteer for The Career Wardrobe, a nonprofit organization helping women in transition return to the workforce.

Peter Sa is the Vice President of Vision Solution’s Professional Services and Education business. He is responsible for the delivery of the company’s business solutions on a worldwide basis as well as providing education and certification training for Vision’s customers and technical resources including Vision’s Business Partner channel.
Mr. Sa has over 20 years of experience in the Professional Services field with a proven track record of running profitable services organizations that deliver consistent revenue growth by developing service offerings which align with overall business objectives.
Prior to joining Vision Solutions, Peter enjoyed a 12 year career with IBM Global Services starting where he started as a Product Engineer, then Systems Engineer and ultimately Services Executive responsible for IBM’s Telcom, Media and Financial customers in New York City. Joseph Longo is Vice President of Professional Services at MetricStream. Joseph has over 20 years experience in the computer industry, working for technology vendors delivering enterprise solutions to major account customers. During his career, Joseph has provided direct consulting expertise to customers such as the Federal Reserve Bank, Hong Kong Post, Wells Fargo Bank, MCI, and others. Prior to joining MetricStream, Joseph was VP of Professional Services at Selectica Inc for three and a half years, and he held similar positions at Valicert, an e-commerce security company, and Worldtalk, an email security vendor.
Mr. Longo has a degree in Computer Science from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Communications from the Chisholm Institute of Technology. He and his wife have three daughters and live in Saratoga, California, the heart of Silicon Valley.

Bill Morton has more than 20 years experience as a professional services executive within enterprise software companies. Bill has directed the growth of professional services organizations for several software companies headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area including Vantive (acquired by PeopleSoft in 2000), Informix, ViewStar, Dorado and Nextance. In late 2006 Bill accepted the position of VP of Services at Acesis, a software startup that is developing some innovative software solutions for the healthcare industry.
Bill has always been active in sports, and he says that his weekly adventures on the softball field, jogging and working out provide him with a complete escape from email, voicemail, USmail and cell phones for at least a few hours each week, thus enabling him to maintain a reasonable degree of sanity!
Bill earned BS and MS degrees in electrical engineering at MIT and an MBA from Harvard.

Before joining TIBCO, she was Vice President of Professional Services & Alliances for SchemaLogic, and Vice President of Sales & Services for CapitalStream. Throughout her career, she has worked hard to build strong customer relationships, deliver strong business results, and build high performing organizations. Cindy Warner is an accomplished business executive, presently serving as the Senior Vice President of Salesforce.com, leading the global technology services division of the fastest growing software company in the world today. She has spent the last 9 years of her career as a global partner with Accenture and CapGemini, leading high growth technology practices.
Prior to consulting, she worked in executive positions for FEDEX and The Gillette Company, helping to redefine the customer experience through the use of technology and process innovations. Cindy has also achieved great success as an entrepreneur, owning several restaurants and other commercial ventures that she considers her “hobbies”.
Despite her career success, Cindy achieves her greatest satisfaction, participating in non-profit work that she has done through the years as a Director for the Special Olympics, member of the Salesforce.com Foundation Advisory Committee, and other similar contributions.
