Hi Nitin,

Normally, if you can negotiate a deal for less than $20/user/month from a SaaS PSA provider, I would suggest that. $20 is like the cost of DSL service or the cost of a business lunch. Why go through the headache of figuring out how to install and then
manage your own software/hardware.

However, I see that you are a SaaS provider so maybe you would be a good candidate for Open Source. Give this one a try and let us know how it goes.
