Happy with it.

We are using RightNow! With good results.

Rick,

At newScale we use GroupSwim for our knowledge management solution.  It is an SaaS application that we’ve been using since mid-2007.  We are able to load discussions, emails and documents in one place and GroupSwim’s auto-tagging and search makes everything easy to find.  What we really like is the knowledge base grows as we use it every day; nobody has to take any extra time or effort.  We’ve had such success with this tool that now Sales, Product Management, and Engineering are also using it.  You can check it out at http://www.groupswim.com.

Good luck!

We used jotspot, and are in the process of evaluating google sites.

Rick,

We have successfully used Daptiv (http://www.daptiv.com) formerly eproject.com for Knowledge Mgmt/Collaboration, Project mgmt, PPM,
time tracking etc…

Its a SaaS application - doing fairly well. Listed as a leader in Gartner MagicQuadrant for PPM. Collaboration has discussion forums,
ability to manage documents, version control, approval workflow engine, issue mgmt, task mgmt etc…

Hope this helps!
