Hello all,
I have taken on the task of surveying my firm’s worldwide customers (all large enterprises, a total of about 50). The survey will be conducted annually and online, with the objective being to gather feedback that will help Pro Services, as well as other parts of the organization. Would anyone who has gone through such an exercise care to share their tips/tricks and other information? What kind of questions, how long, what tool did you use for the survey etc?
