Hello all,

I wanted to thank everyone who responded on my last request as we were debating on a PSA system to choose, and integrate with our
SalesForce CRM.

We narrowed our choice down to QuickArrow, Tenrox and OpenAir, and seem to finalize our decision on OpenAir.

Before I signoff on this, I wanted to poll you all for your advice and tips regarding OpenAir. If there are any major red flags I missed
last time - please raise them.
