| What are three things most people don't know about you? |

1. I was born in Montreal, Canada.
2. I sang and played guitar in a band during college.
3. I entered and completed two ”Body for Life“ challenges with my wife.

| What's been your greatest adventure in life? |
|
Moving from Rochester, MN for a job as a Services Executive in NYC. Now that was a change in life style.

| What's your best childhood memory? |
|
Getting my first dog. It was a Yellow Labrador Retriever and I called him Oscar after the Odd Couple. Not sure why I did that but it seemed like a good idea at the time.

| If you could have a conversation with a person of your choice, past, present or future, who would that person be and why? |
|
Herb Brooks, Coach of the Miracle on Ice team. I would like to discuss his leadership approach. To be able to take a bunch of college kids and win a gold medal in the Olympics was an incredible accomplishment.

| What's the hardest thing you've ever done in your life? |
|
Completing the IBM Sales training program in the 80’s. It was an experience I will never forget. I learned lessons that I still use today.

|
Playing ice hockey. It’s required in Canada.

| What are you currently reading? What is your favorite book? |
|
I read mostly financial and health magazines. Smart Money is my favorite. I hope to get a lot smarter…

|
Alaska (Denali) while it is still somewhat wild.

| If you could give $10,000 to a charity, what would that charity be and why? |
|
Make a Wish Foundation. I like the idea of giving people hope and possibly making a difference.

|
Sales.

| What is the path that led you to Professional Services/Consulting? |
|
I started as a Systems Engineer for IBM, Managed a Support Center for IBM and then accepted a position as a Services Executive for IBM. After 12 years I left to join smaller companies and held positions as Director of Training Services, Consulting Services eventually leading to my current position as VP of Professional Services.

| What advice would you give to a recent graduate who just took a job in professional services? |
|
You have to love making your clients successful and develop a thick skin.
