3. Love to collect California wines.

Coming to America from India when I was 23 for a 3 month project and staying on....

What's your best childhood memory?

Going swimming in the river by my town.

If you could have a conversation with a person of your choice, past, present or future, who would that person be and why?

What are you currently reading? What is your favorite book?

The Language Instinct by Stephen Pinker.

Is there a particular place or thing you want to see?

Would love to spend time in Malta a small island halfway between the coasts of Sicily and North Africa, in the Mediterranean Sea. I have only seen it in pictures and on TV - it looks fantastic!

If you could give $10,000 to a charity, what would that charity be and why?

I would support Schools For Humanity, where I knew the $10,000 would have a real impact on giving children in Ethiopia the chance to go to school and get an education and have an opportunity to break out of the cycle of poverty!

If you weren't on the professional services career track, what would you be doing?

Product Management, Marketing Management

What is the path that led you to Professional Services/Consulting?

I became attracted to PS/Consulting because it offers the opportunity to meet new people, solve problems and keeps me challenged!

What advice would you give to a recent graduate who just took a job in professional services?

Expiring Services - How do you handle?

Our company typically expires services 12 months from the purchase date.  The language in the contract clearly states that we will do this.
However, if there are large chunks of services left we will typically alert the Account Executive to offer an extension if the extension request meets certain criteria (Services are currently being used, active project is scheduled in the next couple months).

Question to the group:  How do you handle expiring services?  Do you alert customers or just have a hard fast rule on expiring them?

Thanks.
