| What's been your greatest adventure in life? |
I would say that my greatest adventure was a 3 month trip I made to Australia and New Zealand in 1994 where I crossed the Australian desert using a 4 wheel drive. It was an exciting time that I think of often. I would love to make a return trip and do it again some day when I have the time.

| What's your best childhood memory? |
Weekends that I used to spend with my mother on the beach taking a small boat and steering it far away from the shore

| If you could have a conversation with a person of your choice, past, present or future, who would that person be and why? |
Lance Armstrong
| What's the hardest thing you've ever done in your life? |
The sleepless weeks I spent in the Army, while we were training in the desert for three months. It taught me a lot about myself and my ability to sustain under pressure and demand.

| Tell us about your favorite hobby. |
I started doing Triathlons 2 years ago, and have completed dozens of them already. I ran my first Marathon this January, and I’m now practicing for the Ironman in Klagenfurt, Austria. The Ironman consists of swimming 2.4 miles, biking 112 miles followed by a 26.2 mile run and will take place on July 13th. 2008.

I usually read thrillers and I have several of them lying near my bed. I also read magazines that center around Triathlons.

I’d like to go back to the Australian Desert and visit South America.
| If you could give $10,000 to a charity, what would that charity be and why? |
I’d give it to S.O.S. Pet Association, which is an organization that takes care of animals.

| If you weren't on the professional services career track, what would you be doing? |
If I was not working in this industry I would probably find myself somewhere in Finance.
| What is the path that led you to Professional Services/Consulting? |
Actually I started as a programmer, but after 4 years I joined a friend of mine who opened a small firm that provided consultancy around Unix and Internet Servers, when the Internet was just getting started. From that moment I stayed involved in the services world, and soon moved to Professional Services.
| What advice would you give to a recent graduate who just took a job in professional services? |
There’s so much advice I could give to a Professional Services novice, but I’ll narrow it down to the three that I believe best describe the PS business:
- Plans are worthless, planning is priceless.
- Plan for the best, prepare for the worst.
- Make sure you surround yourself with good people who can help you run the business.
