This is a great summary for how to engage with SMBs. At first the “Plan, Plan, Plan” section threw me off because if anything working with SMBs requires a more fluid, flexible approach. It’s been my experience, there’s always a last minute crisis.
However, it was well brought home with the COMMUNICATE in all caps, that and executive commitment are the key.
