After years of attempting to build practice areas in my consulting organizations, I have come to the point of being able to present to others some of the things that have worked.  In this article I will discuss ten of my lessons learned.

What timing for your acticle!

I am actualy just in the process of defining additional
services to support our current implemenatations and
in fact grow our business.

I actually started the process with the development of a
mindmap and do a SWOT. I believe I know now what
direction I think we should go into, but I intent to do the
same excercise with a couple of my leads.hoping it will lead
to some new insigths and potentially will help me discover
some of those natural drivers.
